A Winchester-based law firm is seeking a Residential Property Lawyer or Licensed Conveyancer with 3–7 years PQE to manage a varied conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion while delivering the highest level of client care.
You will handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, Help to Buy and other equity mortgage transactions, as well as shared ownership and investment property deals.
