The HR Consultant (Employee Relations) role is a hybrid position with travel across the West Midlands, working within an education support organisation. You will manage complex ER cases, advise school leaders, and conduct investigations to resolve employment issues.
The role focuses on end-to-end ER casework, employment law, TUPE, and organisational change. Travel to client sites is required; term time travel, with holidays mainly remote, and collaboration with unions.
