Maritime Engineering Superintendent: Vessel Maintenance Lead

Serco Limited is seeking an Engineering Superintendent to oversee the technical performance, maintenance and regulatory compliance of its assigned vessels. You will ensure surveys are completed on schedule, plan dry dockings and manage contractor communications to maximise availability.

With a focus on cost control and continuous improvement, you will lead defect resolution and collaborate with crews, suppliers and shore teams to uphold high safety and reliability standards.
