Primary Care Clinical Pharmacist – Community Setting. An exciting opportunity is available for a Primary Care Clinical Pharmacist to join a progressive community-based clinical team, working closely alongside GPs to deliver high-quality patient care.

Role Details

• Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum (40 hours per week)
• Working Hours: 40 hours per week
• Setting: Primary Care – Community
• Clinical Focus: Work collaboratively with GPs to optimise patient care, manage long-term conditions, conduct medication reviews, and support prescribing decisions.
