Patient Flow & Discharge Coordinator

The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust is seeking a Patient Flow Assistant to support bed availability and patient movement across the hospital. The role requires initiative, teamwork and strong communication with relatives, staff and external partners to ensure smooth discharge and transfer processes.

You will work across 7 days according to shift patterns and participate in capacity meetings to improve patient flow and meet Trust targets.
