Wireless Engineer

Salary: £30,000 – 45,000 per year

Requirements

• Strong foundation in networking
• Confidence troubleshooting Wi‑Fi and wireless issues
• Experience with access points, SSIDs, signal issues, and roaming
• Familiarity with Aruba, Meraki, Ubiquiti, Ruckus, or similar wireless platforms
• Knowledge of VLANs, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, and basic routing
• Experience supporting switches, firewalls, VPNs, and connectivity issues
• Customer‑facing support experience
• Background in an MSP, NOC, field engineering, or network support environment
• Ability to explain troubleshooting thought processes clearly

Responsibilities

• Support customer Wi‑Fi and network environments
• Troubleshoot access points, SSIDs, VLANs, and connectivity issues
• Provide support across wired and wireless network environments
• Support customer sites across London
• Assist with deployments, upgrades, and site changes
• Work closely with senior engineers on escalations
• Gain exposure to wider infrastructure, connectivity, and MSP environments
