Policy & Campaigns Lead for Parliament Group

The Scottish Greens Parliamentary Group is seeking an experienced policy lead and campaigner to join their central team in Edinburgh. This senior role involves line managing three researchers and campaign officers, coordinating with MSP staff to shape policy and campaigns for group influence.

You’ll work with MPs and staff to deliver strategy across policy areas, track legislation, and evaluate campaigns to refine group direction. Strong political knowledge and leadership are essential.
