What you’ll do
- Take ownership of mechanical design projects from concept through to construction, ensuring they meet the highest standards.
- Run projects independently, making key decisions and managing risks.
- Mentor junior and intermediate engineers, sharing knowledge and supporting talent development.
- Attend client briefings, design team meetings and oversee site progress.
What you’ll need
- At least five years’ experience in building services design.
- Confidence to run projects independently and make key decisions.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with clients and teams.
