Contract Engineering Recruiter (Hybrid, 4–5 Day Week)

Ruth Wagstaff Recruitment seeks a Recruitment Partner in the Engineering Contract Division to source and support contract Maintenance Engineers across the UK. Location: Lichfield, with four or five days per week and flexible hours. Hybrid working available after your initial training.

You will build trusted relationships with clients and engineers, ensuring timely placements and excellent service throughout contracts. Previous recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential.
