South-West Operations Change Leader

Marie Curie is seeking a Deputy Head of Operations to turn plans into delivered work, mobilising new services and embedding change across the South-West. The role focuses on delivery, operational grip and removing barriers, with home-based work and regular travel to Tiverton and other sites.

You will work with operational, clinical and senior stakeholders to implement change, drive service improvement and ensure services operate effectively, delivering high-quality patient care across the region.
