About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated English Lecturer to support students in a college setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in English (GCSE, Functional Skills, or A-level English Language/Literature).
- Teach core skills: reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
- Use varied teaching methods to support different learning styles and abilities.
- Support students resitting GCSE English.

- Able to understand the needs of the students and help them improve.
- Patient, empathetic, and resilient.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn.
