Ophthalmic Patient Services Coordinator

ACES is a pioneering independent provider of NHS ophthalmic care in the community, delivering cataract surgery, YAG laser treatment, glaucoma care and more. The role supports the multidisciplinary team by scheduling patient appointments and surgeries, coordinating the care pathway and managing waiting lists to ensure high‑quality service delivery.

You will also maintain patient records, respond to queries, and perform routine office tasks.
