Step into the heart of our Security Operations Centre (SOC) and take on a role where every shift counts. As a SOC Operator, you’ll be the eyes and ears of our security network — responding to incidents, keeping systems running smoothly, and ensuring our clients, teams, and facilities remain safe and compliant.
This isn’t just monitoring screens — it’s real-time problem solving, decision‑making under pressure, and leading by example in service delivery and operational excellence.
What You’ll Do
- Be a core member of the duty team, delivering operational needs safely and in line with legislation
- Use cutting‑edge IT, analytics, sustainability, safety, and customer experience tools
- Support frontline teams, sector leads, and key accounts daily
- Act as the first responder for all out‑of‑hours incidents and operational planning
- Ensure deployed assets remain safe and secure — escape incidents when needed
- Deliver daily reporting on productivity and performance
About You
- Experience working to structured processes and procedures
- Customer Service Experience
- Clear and confident team communication skills
- Report writing ability (you’ll use it daily)
- Cool‑headed decision‑making under pressure
- Happy to work shifts (4 days, 4 days off, 4 nights & repeat)
- Bonus points for previous SOC (Security Operations Centre) experience
- Able to pass BS7858 Vetting (including standard DBS check, financial check, 5 years address history, 5 year work history etc)
