Asset & Maintenance Officer – Housing & Compliance

Partick Housing Association in Glasgow’s West End is seeking a Maintenance Officer to join our Investment Team. You will help deliver high-quality asset management and investment services, ensuring homes are safe, well maintained and compliant.

You will work closely with tenants, colleagues, contractors and partners, coordinating planned maintenance, contract management and stock condition data. A relevant qualification in building, construction, housing or property maintenance is desirable.
