Senior Scrum Master Lead – Defence (SC Cleared)

Matchtech invites applications for a Scrum Master Lead to join our defence sector client at Warton Aerodrome on a 12-month contract. The role is based on-site three days per week, supporting cutting-edge technology within the Dreadnought programme.

You will lead multiple scrum teams, refine the backlog with product owners, remove impediments, and drive scrum maturity, while ensuring secure operations and clearances are in place.
