London Senior M&A & Strategy Lead

Pearson is seeking a Lead Specialist in Corporate Development to drive M&A and strategic initiatives from its London office. The role requires hands-on deal experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple transactions and stakeholders.

You will work closely with the Group Strategy and Corporate Development team, evaluating potential acquisitions, disposals, and joint ventures, and preparing materials for CEO/CFO and Board approvals.
