- LeadandsupportateamofCommercialAssistantsandCoordinators;firstpointofcontactforqueriesandescalations
- Conduct1:1s,monitorperformance,anddrivedevelopment
- Overseecostdataaccuracy,contractupdates,andsystemintegrity;identifyrisksanddiscrepancies
- Reviewandapprovecostsheets,contractchanges,andserviceupdates
- Ensureconsistentprocesses,standards,andsystemuse(Templa)
- Managecomplexcontracts,costmodels,andcommercialactivities
- Improveprocesses,efficiency,anddataquality;implementbestpractices
- Liaisewithseniormanagementandinternalteams;escalatekeyrisksandissues
- Provideclearupdates,insights,andsupportdepartmentalplanning
- Supportrecruitment,onboarding,andtrainingasneeded
- Guideinvestigationofsubcontractordiscrepancies
- Manageteamworkloadandfosteracollaborative,accountableenvironment
