Location: Cranswick HU7Shift: Afternoon Shift – 3:00pm to 11:30pmPay Rate: 16.48 per hour
Are you an experienced Team Leader looking for your next opportunity? Join our team at Cranswick HU7 and play an important role in leading a production team while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:* Lead and support a production team to achieve daily targets* Ensure products are produced safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards* Promote and maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, GMP, and health & safety* Monitor productivity, staffing levels, and production performance* Train, coach, and support team members to develop their skills* Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate records* Report production, quality, and equipment issues promptly* Work closely with QA and other departments to support continuous improvement
Requirements:* Previous Team Leader experience within a food manufacturing or FMCG environment is essential* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills* Ability to motivate and support a team in a fast-paced environment* Good understanding of food safety, GMP, quality, and health & safety standards* Reliable with excellent attendance and timekeeping
