Are you an experienced Mechanical Project Manager looking to join a growing M&E contractor delivering projects across Kent, Surrey and West London?
We are seeking a motivated Mechanical Project Manager to lead the delivery of mechanical installation projects from pre-construction through to completion. You’ll be responsible for managing programmes, site teams, subcontractors and client relationships, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
The Role
- Manage mechanical projects from inception through to handover.
- Oversee site teams and mechanical subcontractors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Manage project programmes, procurement and resource allocation.
- Monitor project costs, progress and quality throughout the lifecycle.
- Chair progress meetings and provide regular project reports.
- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with Health & Safety regulations and company procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within the M&E or Building Services industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical building services installations, including HVAC, pipework and public health systems.
- Experience delivering commercial, public sector or refurbishment projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
Desirable Experience
- Previous experience delivering projects within HM Prisons or other secure environments.
- Current EL1 Security Clearance (preferred but not essential).
