Multi-Skilled Maintenance EngineerNorth Yorkshire | Upto 49k | Night Shift 7am – 7pm 3 nights per week

We’re recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a busy manufacturing site, playing a key role in maximising equipment reliability and production performance.

The Role

• Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance across production machinery.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults to minimise downtime.
• Support continuous improvement and engineering projects.
• Help develop a proactive maintenance culture and improve equipment performance.
• Work closely with production to achieve site KPI’s while maintaining high engineering and safety standards.

About You

• Previous maintenance engineering experience within manufacturing.
• Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills.
• NVQ Level 3, BTEC, ONC or equivalent in an engineering discipline.
• Proactive, team-focused and committed to continuous improvement.
• Good communication and IT skills, with an understanding of PPM systems and manufacturing KPI’s.
