Salary: Up to 56,700 per annumJob Type: Permanent and Contract Opportunities AvailableHours: 40 hours per week

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading Building Management Systems specialist seeking experienced BMS Service Engineers across multiple UK locations.

The successful candidates will support a portfolio of commercial and public-sector buildings, including offices, hospitals, schools, retail premises and government facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
  • Reactive maintenance and fault finding
  • Diagnosis and repair of BMS faults
  • Small upgrades and modifications to existing systems
  • Production of service reports
  • Identifying energy efficiency opportunities
  • Advising customers on system improvements and upgrades
  • Supporting remote monitoring and dial-in solutions

Requirements

  • Previous BMS service, maintenance or controls experience
  • Strong Trend experience preferred
  • Experience of Niagara, Distech or other BMS platforms advantageous
  • Ability to work independently and manage customer relationships
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Able to pass DBS and/or BPSS screening

Desirable Qualifications

  • Electrical apprenticeship or recognised electrical qualification
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
  • ECS Card
  • BMS-specific training or qualifications

Engineers from HVAC, Refrigeration or Mechanical Building Services backgrounds with relevant controls experience will also be considered.
