ROLE : PPD Print Production / MFD Photocopier FSE LOCATION : Newport  ROLE : PPD Print Production / MFD Photocopier FSE LOCATION : Newport – 4 week shift cycle – OTE up to £50,000   We’re looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer to provide high‑quality technical support across a range of Production Print products. This role focuses on delivering exceptional service, minimising downtime, and ensuring customers receive a smooth, professional experience . We are open to those from Photocopier / MFD backgrounds too that would be open to upskilling   The Role
- Delivering technical service, maintenance, and repair across Production Print equipment
- Carrying out installations and de‑installations, ensuring all project milestones are met efficiently
- Keeping customers updated on progress and ensuring a positive service experience
- Escalating technical issues promptly
- Identifying opportunities for additional services or revenue while on customer sites
- Building strong customer relationships
- Managing and maintaining vehicle stock
  The Candidate  Â
- Strong technical knowledge of Production Print and/or MFD devices
- Excellent fault‑finding and problem‑solving skills
- Confident using diagnostic tools and reading complex technical instructions
- IT literacy and basic networking capabilities
- Strong communication skills
Shift Patterns   This role operates on a rotating 4‑week shift cycle:
- Week 1 – Early Shift: 6:00am – 2:00pm
- Week 2 – Evening Shift: 4:30pm – 12:00am or 2:00pm – 10:00pm
- Week 3 – Day shift: 8.30am – 5.30pm
- Week 3 – Night Shift: 12:00am – 8:30am
No shifts or weekends apply until full training is completed and the engineer is fully up to speed.   Package  Â
