Nursery Manager
Salary 36,000 to 40,000 per year depending on experienceBonus scheme available up to 5,000 annually
An established and well regarded early years provider is seeking an experienced Nursery Manager to lead one of their high quality settings.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong early years leader who is passionate about delivering outstanding childcare and supporting a team to provide the best possible start for children.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the nursery including staff leadership, quality of care and education, safeguarding, and ensuring the setting operates in line with Ofsted and EYFS requirements.
Key responsibilities
Managing the day to day running of the nurseryLeading and supporting a team of early years practitionersMaintaining high standards of care, learning and developmentEnsuring full compliance with EYFS, safeguarding and regulatory requirementsBuilding strong relationships with parents and familiesSupporting occupancy growth and maintaining excellent reputation within the local community
Requirements
Previous experience as a Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager ready to step upStrong knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted requirementsLevel 3 qualification in Early Years or aboveStrong leadership and team management skillsPassion for high quality childcare and early education
