Painter & Decorator

Overview

Join Wilde as a Painter & Decorator and help maintain our aparthotels across Europe. This role supports the Maintenance and Engineering team in keeping properties clean and appealing.

Responsibilities

• Support ongoing presentation and maintenance of the property.
• Ensure work performed and associated costs align with budgets.
• Assist with complaints and resolve them with the Chief Engineer or General Manager.
• Represent Wilde as a brand ambassador, demonstrating enthusiasm and flair.
• Strive for excellence, set ambitious goals, and continually innovate to improve our standards.
• Foster a culture of respect, inclusivity and kindness among team members.

Qualifications

• Previous painting and/or decorating experience, preferably in a similar environment such as hotels or hospitality properties.
