Salary: OTR Band B++ | Starting salary £29,029 | Pro rata salary £17,471.40

Contract Type: Permanent

This is an exciting opportunity to support OTR’s partnership with AWP (Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership) to support delivery of key services for young people across Bristol, South Gloucestershire, and North Somerset.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Team Manager and AWP Managers in the operational management of the NHS Partnerships Team across CIOT, AMHS, and Off The Record (OTR), providing line management support and ensuring effective partnership working.

Applicants will have significant experience working with and supporting children and young people with mental health needs, crises, and safeguarding protocols. Experience of management/leadership within a team, demonstrable knowledge of local services, clinical care pathways, and an excellent understanding of anti‑oppressive practice and equality issues are required.
