Long Term GP Locum Required

Overview

High Mill Medical Practice is looking for a long-term Locum GP, 4 or 6 sessions for 6 months, possibly longer. Applications from newly qualified GPs are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide GP clinical care in a general practice setting with 15-minute appointments (13 in the morning, 12 in the afternoon).
• Collaborate with a training practice environment that includes a GP Registrar.
• Work as part of a team that includes ANPs, Practice Nurses, Mental Health Nurses, Pharmacists, and Community link workers to care for patients.
• Access to and care for a patient panel around 7,500 patients.
• Flexible scheduling with regards to which days are worked each week.

About the Practice

We are based in a purpose-built health centre located between Glasgow and Edinburgh (ML8 4BA).
