• Manage stock, ordering and budgets effectively to keep the catering operation running efficiently and sustainably
• Champion food safety, hygiene and compliance, ensuring a safe, organised and well‑run environment

The ingredients you’ll bring:

• Proven experience in a Catering Manager or senior kitchen operation role
• Experience within an education setting is advantageous
• Excellent organisational and financial management abilities
• In‑depth knowledge of food hygiene, safety, and compliance standards
• A passion for delivering high‑quality food and service
• Commercial experience with the ability to manage budgets, stock and overall performance
