Welsh-Speaking Welfare Benefits Advisor

Cardiff Council’s Money Advice Team is seeking a Welsh-speaking adviser with strong customer service and welfare benefits knowledge to deliver Money Advice across Cardiff. Services are provided in person, by phone, web chat or in writing, at Central Library Hub and outreach venues including Foodbank Distribution Centres.

The role includes advising on Welfare Benefits, Housing Benefit, Council Tax Reduction, Grants and Discounts, and signposting to internal and external supports.
