Strategic People Business Partner – Hybrid UK

Middlemore is seeking an experienced People Business Partner to join a fast-moving HR team. The role can be based anywhere along the M4 corridor with hybrid/London HQ options and travel required.

You will partner with senior leaders to provide commercially-focused HR support, manage complex employee relations, and influence decisions across the employee lifecycle. The role covers change, talent planning, coaching, and data-driven insights to improve performance.
