Chief Soft Services & Delivery Lead

Jersey Evening Post is seeking a Head of Soft Services to develop and drive the company’s Soft Services delivery capability, reporting directly to the CEO. The role will support strategic growth through the development, implementation and management of a company-wide delivery process.

The individual will maintain a highly customer-focused approach, building relationships with customers, subcontractors and directly employed colleagues, and oversee the delivery of all soft facilities management
