Go Mix Max Trading Ltd is a developing logistics and fulfilment firm situated in West Bromwich, Birmingham. The company provides warehouse, fulfilment, and distribution services to e-commerce businesses and international trade clients throughout the UK.

We are seeking an experienced and well‑organised Logistics Operations Coordinator to join our team and help with the daily running of our warehouse and office operations.

Major Responsibilities

• Handling client queries and operational support
• Process orders and keep proper records in our Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Prepare monthly bills and help reconcile customer accounts
• Maintain customer billing records and resolve queries on accounts
• Track employee hours worked and attendance information
• Work closely with warehouse team for seamless operations on a day to day basis
• Produce reports and preserve operational records
• General office assistance and administrative tasks

Qualifications

• Legal entitlement to work in the UK
• Mandarin Chinese (native or fluent, necessary)
• Spoken English
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• An eye for detail and good organisational abilities
• Ability to work independently and multitask
• Previous expertise in shipping, warehousing, e‑commerce fulfilment, customer service or office administration is a plus
