Part-Time Healthcare Assistant & Care Coordinator

The Healthcare Assistant / Care Co-ordinator role is part of an award-winning GP practice, supporting GPs and nursing staff to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care. You will coordinate patient care across multiple sites, with a 20-hour week and Saturday rota. Training and development are ongoing in a supportive team environment.

The post requires flexibility to work across all sites and participate in rota coverage, contributing to quality care and patient wellbeing.
