Advantage Healthcare in Upper Beeding, part of CCH, is seeking a compassionate Complex Care Assistant to support a young client in his family home. The role involves overnight care, gastrostomy feeding, seizure monitoring and regular night-time observations to ensure safety.

No prior complex care experience is required, though experience with children is beneficial. Full DBS clearance is provided, and comprehensive training with paid induction is offered to help you grow within a supportive team.
