We are currently seeking anExtended Hours Access Health Care Assistant to join our team. In this part-timerole, you’ll be working evenings and weekends to help deliver PCN services toour patients. You’ll be working under the direct supervision of our experiencedEBPC nurse and following specific EBPC guidelines and protocols within thescope of your practice.
But that’s not all! You’ll alsoassist our clinical team in providing and delivering prescribed patient careprogrammes, including preventative care, health promotion and patienteducation. This means that you’ll be making a real difference in the lives ofour patients by helping them to maintain their health and wellbeing.

Helping to raise awareness ofhealth and wellbeing and how it can be promoted
Assisting with the collection andcollation of data on needs related to health and wellbeing
Ensure clinical waste is removedfrom clinical areas and sharps bins replaced following the EBPC IPC policy.

Health and Safety:

Infection Prevention and Control:
