Imperial London Hotels is seeking a Chef De Partie – Indian Specialist to join our Tavistock Hotel kitchen team in Bloomsbury, London. You will craft well-balanced Indian dishes, work with the Head Chef on seasonal menus, control food costs and minimise waste, while ensuring HACCP and food safety compliance.
We require 3 years’ experience as a Chef De Partie in a hotel, Level 3 Supervising Food & Safety or equivalent, stock taking and menu costing experience.
