Senior Corporate Development Manager – Growth & Deals

Vanta is seeking a Senior Corporate Development Manager to shape long-term growth through partnerships and acquisitions. You will own deal workstreams end-to-end and partner with Vanta’s executive team on build, buy, and partner decisions.

This is a high-impact role at a pivotal growth stage. You will work with the Corporate Development team to drive strategy, due diligence, valuation, and post-deal integration across cross-functional partners.
