Nursery Room Leader: Lead EYFS & Third-in-Charge

Randstad Education in Forest Row, East Sussex, is seeking an experienced Nursery Room Leader / Third in Charge to join our senior nursery team. This full-time role offers a salary of £30,000–£32,000, Monday to Friday hours, and a clear path to Deputy Manager and Manager roles through supported training.

You will lead a room, mentor staff, uphold EYFS standards and safeguarding, and step in for the Manager when required. A Level 3 in Early Years is required.
