Location: Berkshire. Salary: Competitive Salary up to £80,000k

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to step into a Lead Vet position within a friendly, community-focused practice in Berkshire.

You’ll provide clinical leadership, mentor and support the veterinary team, deliver exceptional patient and client care, and help drive the continued success of the practice. This role also offers exposure to a 24-hour hospital environment, providing opportunities to work on more complex cases and further develop your clinical skills.

Requirements

• RCVS Registered Veterinary Surgeon
• Previous clinical leadership or mentoring experience
• Strong surgical and consulting skills
• Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
• Passion for delivering outstanding patient and client care
