Head of Patient Operations, UK

Eucalyptus, the Juniper team helping people manage obesity in the UK, seeks a Head of Patient Operations to own the patient support experience across chat, email and phone. You’ll drive performance, safety and cost-effectiveness while scaling the operation for UK patients.

You’ll lead medical support and collaborate with Growth, Product, Clinical and Finance to deliver an outstanding patient journey and continuous improvement through automation and data-driven decisions.
