Due to continued growth, the team is looking to recruit a motivated solicitor to handle a varied caseload of clinical negligence matters and support senior colleagues on complex cases. Key Responsibilities
- Managing a varied caseload of clinical negligence claims
- Drafting pleadings, witness statements, instructions to experts, and correspondence
- Liaising with clients, medical experts, counsel, and other third parties
- Maintaining high levels of client care and delivering an empathetic, client-focused service
- Progressing cases efficiently and in line with regulatory and procedural requirements
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with experience in clinical negligence and/or personal injury litigation
- Strong communication, organisational, and case management skills
- A genuine interest in claimant clinical negligence work
- Ability to build strong client relationships and handle sensitive matters with empathy
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and committed to ongoing professional development
