Contract: Minimum 3‑months, with potential extension

Job Type: Full‑time or part‑time

Responsibilities

• Work with minimal supervision on tribunals, HR advice, policy work, and member training.
• Provide legal advice and support across the employment law spectrum.

Qualifications

• Experience in employment law, preferably in public sector.
• Equal pay claims experience is a bonus but not essential.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
