Trauma-Informed SEMH Pathway Lead for 6-8 Pupils

Reed is seeking an exceptional teacher to lead a brand-new Trauma Informed Pathway for pupils with SEMH needs in a therapeutic setting. You will work in a small group (6-8 pupils) to deliver highly personalised learning and emotional regulation support, collaborating with therapeutic practitioners to integrate education, intervention and personal development.

You will help create a culture of trauma-informed practice, nurture relationships, and contribute to wider school development.
