Head Chef — Lead a vibrant Pho kitchen & team

Pho Bristol is seeking a Hands-on Head Chef to lead our busy kitchen and support a talented team across wok, line and sous roles. You will drive consistency, food safety, and excellent service in a vibrant Pho restaurant.

The role offers a base salary of £40,000 with a potential bonus of up to £6,000 and a total package up to £48,800, including tronc. We reward hard work with great benefits, constant training, and a lively team culture.
