Chef de Partie – Precision Cookery & Team Leadership

Ottolenghi Bicester Village is seeking a Chef de Partieto take responsibility for a designated section during service and cook to Ottolenghi standards with precision. You will supervise junior chefs and maintain a clean, safe kitchen.

Maintain strong stock control, ensure allergen management and food hygiene, and communicate clearly with the wider kitchen team and management to support a positive, professional culture.
