Junior Sous Chef – Lead Kitchen, Great Perks & Growth

The Evolv Collection is seeking a Junior Sous Chef for our iconic riverside venue in London. You will lead the kitchen team during service, supervise staff on cooking, plating, and safety, and support chefs across sections to ensure timely, high‑quality dishes.

As Head Chef cover when needed, you’ll monitor inventory, control costs with ADACO-assisted ordering, and uphold strict cleanliness and health standards while collaborating with front‑of‑house to deliver memorable guest experiences.
