Maintenance Assistant – Luxury Hotel (Training & Progression)

THE NICI Bournemouth is seeking a proactive Maintenance Assistant to join our Engineering team. You will perform scheduled and reactive maintenance, help with general repairs, and support daily hotel operations to keep guest areas safe, clean, and well‑presented.

You will work with the Maintenance Manager, handle diverse tasks, and contribute to maintaining high standards in a luxury hotel setting. Weekend and bank holiday shifts may be required.
