Choice Care Group is seeking a Social Care Worker for Rowan Cottage in Burghfield, near Reading. The role offers 40 hours per week with shift work and weekends on a rota basis.

Training is provided in-house to help you grow into a skilled professional, with a clear career path from day one and opportunities for activities and outings with residents. You will support adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs, following care plans and maintaining accurate daily records.
