Senior Dosimetrist – Specialist MR Planning

Location: Oxford.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist with all aspects of patient dosimetry for the MRI treatment planning pathway on the ViewRay MRIdian MR Linac.
• Contribute to the development of MR‑based treatment planning pathways for MR Linacs and conventional Linacs.
• Participate in general treatment planning and patient dosimetry across the UK centre network.

Qualifications & Experience

• Eligible for registration with the HCPC, AHCS, or equivalent.
• Good honours degree in radiography, dosimetry, clinical technology, or a related field.
• Desirable: MSc related to radiotherapy.
• Sound knowledge of conventional radiotherapy treatment planning.
• Experience in MR‑based treatment planning and/or MR Linac treatment planning and delivery.
• Experience with multimodality imaging (MR, CT, PET‑CT) for treatment planning across major body sites.
• Experience with adaptive radiotherapy workflows in conventional or MR‑based environments.
• Experience in treatment planning for SABR and SRS treatment techniques.
