Growth Leader for Children & Youth Discipleship

Church of England Birmingham is seeking a strategic leader to drive Growing Younger across churches, schools and communities. The post holder will build partnerships, develop the team and deliver measurable growth among children, young people and families in a changing church landscape.

Reporting to the Director of Mission, you will shape the next phase of the strategy, oversee the Diocesan Investment Programme and lead transformative change with local church leaders, clergy and volunteers.
