Security Operations Leader – Multi-Site Safety & Risk

Soho House is seeking an experienced Head of Security & Safety for UK, Europe and Asia to oversee licensing, security, and safety across London sites, with occasional support for Brighton and Manchester. You will lead by example, improve member safety, and drive a security culture across all teams.

You will manage incidents, policy updates, and training while coordinating with police and licensing bodies, ensuring compliance and exceptional guest experiences.
